Online Privacy Policy

SportExcel Inc., an Ontario, Canada incorporated company (the “Company”) respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website(s), www.sportexcel.ca and  www.sportexcelclays.com and the services provided therein (the “Site”). The Company thus provides this online privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

Use of Information                                                                                     

As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company’s internet servers. Children aged 13 and under                                                                         

The Company’s services are not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Company also recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 13 and under.

AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 13 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.

Transfer of information across international borders (Europe).

Our site and the information we collect are operated on servers located in various jurisdictions. When you access or use the Site and/or our services, personal information about you may be transferred outside the country in which you are situated to these other locations. EU data protection rules apply to the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes all EU countries and non-EU countries such as Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
