SportExcel high-performance programs are designed to help you to make a huge difference in your sport, academics, work, and life by giving you the strategies of champions. The training is experiential, fun and adrenalizing, and it encourages consistent high performance in these areas of your life through strategies for self-empowerment and leadership. You will be learning an educational, strategic (systems) approach with absolutely no psychology. You’ll be learning to apply these strategies in all practice, game and educational situations. However, we don't believe in "instant remedy" programs — only in hard work, adding value, and serving others with integrity and excellence.

As a high-performance coach (educator) my role is to teach you the system for high performance that will move you toward your goals (and dreams) with the tools to remove your blocks to performance. All products and services offered by SportExcel Inc. are for educational, strategic and informational purposes only — as we do not give advice and you alone learn to “drive” the high-performance program. This is the SportExcel difference in that our system is driven by you and your goals, where we will teach you the tools and strategies to actively manage and transform your sport, work, education and life—in order to succeed.

PARTNERS IN SUCCESS

SportExcel programs take effort and discipline on your part, just like any worthwhile endeavor or continuing education program. Please enroll in another program if you believe in the "quick fix, no effort approach”. We believe in a partnership and that each of us has an important role to play. Please come to each online session with a commitment to learning strategies that can be applied to the specific areas of your life and sport. As the program develops, you will be given some simple tasks to do between sessions. Our athletes, coaches and leaders, who, like you, are dedicated to real high-performance development, find great value in this experiential learning process.

Our sessions are great opportunities for new ideas and new perspectives to emerge that will get you the changes you are looking for. Please provide us with feedback about your experience at any time in the session and even mid-week between sessions, as the feedback helps us tailor the program for your needs and we’d rather you call us between session rather then get stuck. We will provide you with the complete PDF training manual at the beginning of the series, as well as other resources with which to get the job done.

There is no refund for unused coaching sessions after the first two sessions have been completed, as we have provided valuable information. However, we will be pleased to provide a credit note valid to be used within six months from the date of your first coaching session for the unused portion, which can be applied to future coaching or products (clinics, our online program ZoneQuest or other courses and SportExcel books). Alternatively, you may transfer this credit note to someone else who can benefit from SportExcel’s coaching program.

The Ignition Series is 1-to-1 coaching and mentorship at its best with a dynamic and strategy-based high-performance science. High-performance expert, Bob Palmer, uses his two decades of experience to coach and support athletes throughout their training and competition season. The SportExcel system dovetails beautifully with your other training systems – and within weeks, it is a game-changer.

This program is for:

In Ignition - Part 1, Bob teaches you a high-performance foundation that delivers huge changes in your game. Eight – 45-minute coaching sessions.
